We've had 2oz. of burrata as an add-on to our pasta dishes for years, but now you can order this soft cheese as its own dish!
The Burrata Tricolore is a 4oz. ball of creamy decadent burrata atop a bed of arugula and our balsamic reduction. It is finally garnished with rich and tangy slow roasted cherry tomatoes and a bit of freshly cracked pepper. You could have this on its own, with a slice of toasted sourdough or two, or (of course) with your pasta!
