New to the Menu: Handmade Ravioli

Spinach & Italian Ricotta, a perfect match. 

Fresh for the spring, we’ve started handmaking spinach and ricotta ravioli at Dué! These are cooked in a butter and sage sauce for a light aromatic touch, and topped with freshly ground Parmigiano Reggiano and a bit of black pepper. Try this one with any sides, just like you would your favorite pasta dish.
