Since 2017 when it opened, Due' Cucina has gained a name for homemade Italian food that is fresh. Unlike other Italian restaurants, we don't use pre-packaged meals and canned sauce. We simply use the freshest ingredients like eggplant, smoked salmon, and vintage cheeses to prepare Italian dishes that reflect our family roots. Every dish is made with love and devotion, and with it, we bring a little Italy to Capitol Hill.
Eat in, take out, or cater your specialparty, Due' Cucina has it all. Our menu features homemade pastas like Casarecce, Paccheri, and Bucatini, and incredible sides, appetizers, and desserts. Our house favorites are our Short Ribs Ragu' and authentic Roman Carbonara with full-bodied sauce and cured pork cheek.
Due' Cucina was born from the collaboration of Davide and Filippo, two Italian friends who wished to share with others their family recipes and enjoyment of Italian foods. With the firsts to reopen in West Seattle, they now have multiple locations including their Italian restaurant in Redmond, WA.
