Our Dallas location in the Lakewood neighborhood opened its doors with excitement and anticipation. The festivities kicked off with a special friends-and-family event from September 14th to September 15th, where we invited close associates and supporters to experience Due' Cucina firsthand. This event set the tone for what was to come, allowing us to gather feedback, refine our approach, and prepare for the next stages.

Following this, we held a soft opening from September 16th to September 21st, offering a limited menu to give our team a chance to fine-tune operations. Our soft opening allowed us to connect with the community on a more personal level, and we were overwhelmed by the positive reception from Lakewood residents. The local support during this time reinforced why we chose Dallas for our expansion. The enthusiasm for our brand and our offerings was palpable, and it paved the way for our grand opening.

On September 22nd, we officially launched our new store, welcoming customers from all over the neighborhood. To show our appreciation, the first 100 guests on opening day received free pasta, making the day even more special. The energy, excitement, and community spirit were undeniable, and we couldn't have asked for a better opening day.

A key part of our success in Dallas was the incredible dedication of our team. We want to give a special shout-out to the four team members who flew in from Seattle to train our new employees. Their expertise and commitment to maintaining the high standards we uphold at Due' Cucina were critical in ensuring the smooth transition of our operations. The hard work and passion displayed by both our seasoned staff and the new team in Dallas truly made a difference.

These team members brought with them the experience from our other locations, helping instill the Due' Cucina way into the newest members of the family.
