Ciao, Dallas! This is the Texas home of the fresh-pasta kitchen we started in Seattle in 2017. Every morning our Pasta Lab on Abrams Pkwy extrudes the day's pasta, near White Rock Lake, while the ovens turn out focaccia for the lunch crowd. Stop in for a bowl of carbonara or a mortadella sandwich on your lunch break, bring the family for dinner after a walk around the lake, or order ahead and pick it up on your way home. We're open 11:00 to 9:00, and we can't wait to cook for you.

Short rib ragù: Painted Hills short ribs braised in Chianti and tomato, topped with Parmigiano. Pure comfort.

Basil pesto: fresh basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino, pine nuts, walnuts and almonds, finished with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes.

Porchetta sandwich: slow-roasted porchetta with garlic, rosemary and fennel, marinated eggplant and basil pesto on focaccia baked that morning. Lunch, sorted.

Lasagna alla Bolognese: egg-dough pasta, Bolognese and our own béchamel, baked until the edges crisp. Share it, or don't.

Tiramisu: espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream and chocolate chunks. You've earned it.

Our delivery orders go out in ventilated containers that let the steam escape, so the pasta arrives hot and still al dente, not soggy. Focaccia sandwiches travel beautifully too, so a delivery lunch for the office is as good as eating in. Corporate lunches, weddings, family celebrations: family-style trays of fresh pasta, focaccia sandwiches, salads and desserts for any size group in the Dallas area. Half trays serve about 5, full trays about 10, and lasagna and eggplant parmigiana trays feed up to 18, made to order with 24 hours' notice. Our focaccia sandwich trays (mortadella, porchetta, caprese and Mediterranea) come sliced in halves and ready to share, the easiest office lunch in Lakewood. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options mean nobody at the table is left out.
