Ciao, Kirkland! We're at The Village at Totem Lake, right among the shops. Stop in for a bowl of fresh pasta between errands, meet friends for an easy dinner, or pick up takeout on the way home. Lunch is where we shine: a focaccia sandwich baked that morning and filled to order, or a bowl of pasta from our Pasta Lab, both ready fast enough for a shopping break or a lunch hour. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options run all through the menu, and there's a kids' menu with pasta and an organic juice box for the little ones.
What to order first
Polpette: house-made beef meatballs with onion, garlic, thyme and a hint of nutmeg, simmered in tomato sauce and finished with 24-month Parmigiano.
Ravioli burro e salvia: ricotta-and-spinach ravioli in butter and sage, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. Easy to order, hard to stop eating.
Mortadella sandwich: silky mortadella, truffle stracciatella, pistachio and lemon on focaccia baked in-house. Outrageously good.
Mediterranea sandwich: marinated grilled eggplant, olive tapenade, sundried tomatoes and baby spinach. Savory, juicy and bursting with Mediterranean flavor.
Supplì al telefono: crispy Roman rice croquettes filled with risotto and gooey caciocavallo that stretches like a phone cord when you pull them apart.

Why it tastes like this
We extrude our pasta every morning from Shepherd's Grain heritage wheat, bake our focaccia in-house every day, and cure our own guanciale. The meats are sustainably raised without antibiotics or hormones, the Parmigiano is aged 24 months and the eggs are pasture-raised. Every vegetable is cut in our kitchen, the herbs are fresh, never dried, and there's extra virgin olive oil in every pan, with no corn syrup or artificial anything. Taste the difference once and you'll know why we bother.

Birthdays, office lunches, weddings: if there's a crowd to feed, we'd love to help.
